The opening of the Sea tower, the second tower of Grand Marina, Saigon – a world-class Marriott & JW Marriott branded residential complex – marks a milestone as the JW Marriott urban branded residences debut for the first time in Asia-Pacific and officially enter operation in Vietnam.
On the morning of February 25, 2025, Masterise Homes® held the opening ceremony for the SEA tower at Grand Marina, Saigon, located at No. 02 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event officially marked the start of operations for the first JW Marriott branded residences in Vietnam. This is also the first urban branded residences project by JW Marriott in the Asia-Pacific region. The ceremony welcomed senior leaders from Masterise Homes®, Marriott International, and representatives from international partners.
Sea is the second tower to be completed within Grand Marina, Saigon – a 10-hectare project developed by Masterise Homes®, planned to become the world's largest Marriott and JW Marriott branded residential complex.
