Brand Finance has ranked Masterise Homes—an internationally recognized developer of luxury-branded real estate—as the third most valuable real estate brand in Southeast Asia in 2025. This result was announced in Brand Finance’s September 2025 report. Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, Brand Finance is one of the world’s leading independent brand valuation consultancies. This impressive brand valuation serves as a strong affirmation of Masterise Homes’ credibility and position in the luxury-branded real estate sector, both regionally and globally.

According to the report, the brand value of Masterise Homes has reached USD 499 million (approximately VND 12,166 billion), reflecting steady and sustainable growth. Brand value is determined by two key components: Brand Strength and Brand-Driven Revenue. In terms of Brand Strength, Brand Finance evaluates both customer perception and consumer behavior. Across these metrics, Masterise Homes stands out for its trustworthiness, reputation, customer engagement, and particularly strong word-of-mouth advocacy—clear evidence of the quality the brand consistently delivers.

In terms of revenue, Masterise Homes has recorded strong growth, with projections indicating a 168.8% increase, driven by market expansion and portfolio diversification to meet the needs of a wide range of customer segments. Market share results further reflect the brand’s strength: Masterise Homes leads the high-end segment and above with 46% market share, while capturing 31% of the overall market, demonstrating significant market penetration.
